2 and 3 year old trotters debut in Summerside

Tuesday July 12, 2022

Atlantic Sires Stakes for two-year-old trotters opens the Tuesday race card in Summerside seeing race 1 hosting a $17,360 division for the rookie trotters. Irish Ray is the top choice for Marc Campbell and owner Three Wisemen Stable.  Windemeregotmuscle (Jason Hughes) is the second choice and Getting Salty (Corey MacPherson) rounds out the top three.

The three-year-old trotters will see two divisions going for a purse of $9,800. Headline Howie (Mike McGuigan) is a top choice in race 5 while in race 8 Up Helly AA (Ken MacDonald) looks to extend his win streak to 10-straight for owner Riley Farms of Summerside, PEI.
