Atlantic Sires Stakes Fillies Heading to Truro Raceway

Atlantic Sires Stakes three-year-old pacing fillies are heading to Truro Raceway for some serious racing action this weekend.  This will be the first time the fillies have met for an Atlantic Sires Stakes event this season and competition is sure tough on Sunday afternoon at the Truro oval.

There will be  three “A” division events each going for a purse pool of $7180 and two “B” events each going for $2500.

Points accumulated in each Atlantic Sires Stakes “A” division event go towards earning a coveted spot in the season ending Atlantic Breeders Crown Championship.  This year Red Shores at the Charlottetown Driving Park will host the prestigious event on October 8th and 9th.

Post time on Sunday at Truro Raceway is 1:30 pm.
