Atlantic Sires Stakes Action during Old Home Week

The three year old fillies were the first up Saturday afternoon, and David Dowling made it a winning one having won two of three A Divisions. Dowling won the first A Division with Howmac Sabrina in 158/1 rounded out the top spots was Unapologetically and Emilys Angel.

Back in the Game was back as she wontrhe second A Divsion in 159 for Kenny Arsenault and owners Kevin Harvey and Charles Bowlin. the Devils Cut and Therealdeal rounded out the top three.

The third A division gave Dowling his second A Division win with Woodmere Oleksiak and got to the top and she never looked back as she crossed the finish line in 158/1.  Woodmere Olessiak is owned by Hollis Newson, Debbie Denney, Ric McNutt and Windemere Farms.  Arc Light and Elm Grove Nellie were second and third respectfully.

Three B Divisions were won by Glasgow Gracie in 201/1,  Fern Hill Delight 200 and Khitam Image in 200/4

 

The three year colts were in action Monday afternoon and Driver Gilles Barrieau won both A Divisions going for purses of $12,200.  Red Dirt Boomer won the first division in 156/4  Howmac Magic got up for second and Red Dirt RocknRoll held on for third. Red Dirt Boomer is owned by Daniel Ross.  The second A Division Barrieau rallied A Grand Terror from the pocket to win in 158/3 holding on to second was Notorious and Don’t be a Hero was third.  A Grand Terror is owned by Wayne MacRae, Robert Tilly and Gary Mott.

In the three B Divisions Feelin Haggard won in 159/1, REs Daz won in 158/3 and Spack Jarrow won in 159/2
